Beverly Shanahan is a full time real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty. She joined Keller Williams and is Team Leader for the Premium Properties Group where she and her team specialize in real estate properties and transactions in Parkland, Coral Springs, and Boca Raton. Beverly has over 25 year experience in real estate including 5 years in mortgage banking, accounting, and compliance. Beverly was a former CFO of a national mortgage lending operation. She has been in been in real estate and banking since August of 1998.

For more than a decade Beverly has represented both Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate in South Florida. South Florida is considered one of the most prime and desirable real estate areas in the country with its gorgeous beaches, numerous water sports, award winning golf courses and country club communities.

Beverly has lived in South Florida her entire life.
